Don’t take a pre-sleep shower – it stimulates
Do take a hot bath 2 hours before bedtime

Don’t read a horror novel
Do read calming poetry/short story

Don’t have a cigarette – it will cause an “alert calm”

Don’t become obsessed about how late it is
Do turn your alarm clock towards the wall

Above all – do not worry (keep a journal if you do & schedule time prior for “worrying”
