Is Therapy About Transformation, or Small Breakthroughs?

  • Interesting article – from a therpist’s perspective – about transformation and whether it is necessary in therapists to first experience transformation themselves for the benefit of clients
  • the article also explores whether transformation is achievable – truly – in any human being – including therapists – but rather small breakthroughs facilitate sufficient change for personal agency and wellbeing
