Suggestions in the video include:

  • keeping busy
  • watching diet and doing exercise for health and fitness
  • doing things you are passionate about
  • accepting that we all have bad days from time to time
  • keeping people around you whom you trust
  • verbalising how you feel
  • breaking tasks down into small steps & doing one thing at a time
  • not thinking too far ahead
  • using positive self-talk
  • taking the bigger picture perspective of your situation.
  • consider practicing meditation
