  1. Expect and accept that discomfort will arise
  2. Wait & let it be.
  3. Rate your discomfort from 0 to 10
  4. Notice what makes your discomfort go up and down
  5. Notice other things in the present, like the miracle of your breath
  6. Do a task in the present, like reciting a favourite poem.
  7. Function with some discomfort
  8. Appreciate your achievement
  9. Expect and accept that discomfort will re-appear.
