Mindfulness – Daily activity one (For adults)

– Check-in with your breath a few times a day
– When you do, ask yourself: am I still breathing?
[You might be surprised how easy it is for us to forget that we are breathing]
– Approach with curiosity, noting how your breath changes during the course of the day
– Associate this task with a ritual that you perform often throughout the day
– For example: opening a door, sitting
– Then do a quick check-in with your breath
