– Now you’ve read the rules about understanding how you feel, write down some goals that you have
– Make your goals SMART – Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely

For e.g.
– This week I will try to figure out some ways to remain cool when I start to feel overwhelmed
– When I start to feel anxious or overwhelmed I will take a minute to see how my body is feeling – remember body scan 🙂
– Go over your notes
– Do some exercise
– Do some relaxation
& And if you are really feeling overwhelmed and upset talk to mum and dad about how to calm down
